A decadent vegan twist on the classic s'mores, featuring gooey marshmallows, rich dark chocolate, and creamy almond butter sandwiched between gluten-free graham crackers.
Ingredients:
- 10 vegan gluten-free graham crackers
- 5 vegan marshmallows
- 50g dairy-free dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 tbsp almond butter
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C
Break the graham crackers in half and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Top each cracker with a piece of dark chocolate
Cut the marshmallows in half horizontally and place one half on top of each chocolate piece
Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and gooey
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly
Spread a little almond butter on the remaining graham cracker halves
Sandwich the melted marshmallow and chocolate between the almond buttered crackers
Serve immediately and enjoy the gooey deliciousness!
