Edible Flower Popsicles



The delicate flavors of edible flowers and the hydrating properties of coconut water come together in these tasty popsicles. On a hot summer day or as a unique dessert for a special event, they're great.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup edible flowers such as rose petals, lavender, or violets
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:

Clean the edible flowers thoroughly, removing any dirt or debris

In a blender, combine the edible flowers, coconut water, honey or agave syrup, and lemon juice

Blend until smooth

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion

Insert popsicle sticks into each mold

Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid

To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them
