Keto Brownie Bombs



These vegan keto brownie bombs are a delightful treat for those following a ketogenic diet. Made with just four ingredients, they are rich, chocolatey, and satisfying, perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings without straying from your dietary goals.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol or any other keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and powdered erythritol

Add melted coconut oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms

Take small portions of the dough and roll them into balls, creating around 12 to 15 brownie bombs

Place the brownie bombs on a tray lined with parchment paper and freeze for 30 minutes to set
